What we collect, and what we don’t.
Short version: no forms, no sign-ups, no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read, and that is the whole of it.
Who we are
taylorWilco is a management consulting firm working with founder-led businesses. This notice covers taylorwilco.com. Questions about any of it go to ches@taylorwilco.com, which is also the address to use to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
We do not ask for personal information on this site. There is no contact form, no login and no newsletter sign-up. If you email us, we hold that correspondence in our email and CRM systems for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and processes information including your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you visit and the site or search that referred you. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. Event data is retained in our Analytics property and then deleted automatically on Google’s schedule.
Turning it off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and the site will work normally either way. We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags or social tracking scripts, and we do not sell or share what we collect.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the site itself is hosted on our behalf by a third-party platform. Both receive the standard request information — including your IP address — that any web server receives in order to deliver a page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we will answer. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date below. Last updated 23 August 2026.
